  6. ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS
    • When an account is deleted, we place accounts in a disabled status. We do this for any after sales support and incase the customer decides to return to the system. Please contact us directly at support@polycommerce.com if you wish to permanently delete all data associated with your account.

    • We may from time to time contact you via e-mail if there are active service outages or forecasted service outages.
